Based on the research and analysis of the application of the existing remote control system for the navigation aids and the consideration of the overall application requirements and the management needs of the future sea areas,the optimization of the original remote metering and control system for navigation aids was realized.The unity was achieved of the front-end communication equipment,service management centre and GIS client data collection,transmission, processing and re-application for the remote metering and control system of aids to navigation
