］通过在科学考察船多年的工作实践及探索，从设备管理、安全管理以及人员管理3个方面阐述了科学考察船在轮机管理方面的基本特点.对原有的管理方法进行了改进，保障了科考工作的顺利进行

Abstract:

Through years of work and practice on the scientific survey ship,the authors expounded the basic characteristics of marine engineering management on the scientific survey ship from the aspect of management in equipment,safety and crew.Besides,the fourth generation of management was applied to the marine engine room,and the original management method was improved,so that smooth scientific survey could be ensured
