摘要:
根据中国近海船舶防台的实际需要,利用GIS控件MapObjects开发了西北太平洋热带气旋显示系统.系统主要实现了显示和预测台风、船舶的位置与路径,测量台风与船舶间的距离和方位两项功能.实测结果表明该系统克服了传统标绘的不足,能为船舶防台提供准确的参考数据
Abstract:
Based on MapObjects,a controlling unit of GIS,the Northwest Pacific tropical cyclone displayed system was developed to avoid typhoon for Chinese coastal vessels.The system realized principally the following functions:(1)to display and predict the position and path of typhoon and vessels;(2)to survey the range and azimuth between typhoon and vessels.The system overcomes the deficiency of traditional plotting method and provides reliable data for typhoon-avoidance for vessels.The actual testing result indicates that the system overcomes the deficiencies of the traditional plotting method and provides reliable reference data for typhoon-avoidance by vessels
