根据大竹蛏的性腺发育形态,将其分为4个等级;亲贝性腺成熟度和活力是成功催产大竹蛏的首要因子.在2009年,先后3批次各按自然排放法(实验组1)和开放式流水刺激催产法(实验组2:流速15 cm/s;实验组3:流速25 cm/s),对性腺成熟的大竹蛏亲贝进行了催产(获卵)对比实验.结果表明:在产卵量和孵化率方面,流水刺激催产的实验组2和实验组3均高于自然排放的实验组1,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3的平均产卵量分别为1 097万粒、2 807万粒、2 940万粒,平均受精率分别为58.5 %、82.0 %、51.2 %,平均孵化率分别为22.6 %、69.9 %、73.6 %;3个实验组的幼虫成活率与变态率差异不显著.由此认为,采用大竹蛏潜穴后进行开放式流水刺激是良好的催产方法

Solen grandis was divided into four classes on the basis of the development degree of its gonad.The maturity and vigor of the female shellfish was the primary condition to obtain the high-quality oosperms of the Solen grandis.In the year 2009,the acquirement of the germ cells of the three batches of Solen grandis have studied in the three ways below:natural ovulation method(category 1)and stimulation by the running water methods(category 2:the water flow speed 15cm/s;category 3:the water flow speed 25cm/s).The spawning-amount and the hatching rate of the final result showed category 2 & 3 by the running water methods had higher achievements than the category 1.Category 1,2 & 3 respectively have 10 970 000,28 070 000 and 29 400 000 average spawning-amount.Their average fecundation rate are 58.5%,82.0% and 51.2%,with the respective average hatching rate of 22.6%,69.9% and 73.6%.The differences of larva survival rate and metamorphosis rate were not remarkable among the three means.Therefore a conclusion could be drawn that the method of stimulation by running water was more effective in hastening Solen grandis to spawn after diving into the soil
