摘要:: 为提高航标信息共享和业务部门之间协同能力，以SQL Server为数据库，以IHO S57标准电子海图为基础，并运用WebGIS技术，建立信息共享互联互通的航标信息管理支撑体系，对不同数据库和应用系统进行了集成整合，形成了基于共享的新应用体系

Abstract:: Based on SQL database and IHO S57 chart,and using WebGIS technology,aids to navigation public network system was designed,and management platform of aids to navigation information was built to share the sorts of information and aggregate the different database and the different application system,which enhanced the ability of the operational cooperation among the departments
