?以活性炭和石英砂为微生物固定化材料,考察其在UASB系统中对COD的去除效果、体积负荷以及反应器的启动时间的影响,并与传统UASB反应器做了对比实验.结果表明:第1—40 d有机负荷为0.075~0.208 kg/m3;第1—10 d厌氧流化床未流化,UASB柱(R0)、活性炭柱(R1)、石英砂柱(R2)对COD的平均去除率分别为23.2 %、13.7 %和12.6 %;厌氧流化床流化后,第11—30 d对COD的平均去除率分别为43.6 %、68.6 %和51.9 %,第31—40 d对COD的平均去除率分别为76.3 %、92.5 %和92.3 %,第41—47 d负荷提升为0.300~0.833 kg/m3,R0反应器对废水COD的平均去除率稳步上升为88.2 %,R1反应器对COD的平均去除率达到95.0 %,R2反应器对COD的平均去除率为92.3 %;新型反应器的启动时间比传统UASB反应器缩短了10 d,启动时间缩短了29.4 %

Two fixed carriers(activated carbon and quartz sand)were selected to inspect their effects in the removal of COD and start-up time in the new anaerobic fluidized bed reactors,and were compared with the traditional UASB reactor(known as R0 reactor).The organic load was 0.075~0.208 kg/m3 during 1—40 days.Two fixed carriers?reactors(activated carbon reactor was R1 reactor and quartz sand reactor was R2 reactor)were not flowed during 1—10 days,and the average removal rates for COD were 23.2 %,13.7 % and 12.6 % in R0,R1,R2 reactors respectively.Then the R1,R2 reactors were flowed,and the average removal rate were 43.6 %,68.6 % and 51.9 % respectively in R0,R1,R2 reactors during 11—30 days.The average removal rate were 76.3 %,92.5 % and 92.3 % respectively in R0,R1,R2 reactors during 31—40 days.The load was upgraded to 0.300~0.833 kg/m3 from 41st day on,the average removal rates were 88.2 %,95.0 %,92.3 % respectively in R0,R1,R2 reactors.The results showed that the start-up time of R1 and R2 reactor was 10 days shorter than that of R0 reactor
