摘要:
针对鲍养殖过程中出现的问题,改变以往的思路和方法,采用种内杂交、选择育种等传统技术和多倍体育种的现代生物技术相结合,来改良和优化鲍种质;挑选适龄亲鲍,采用温和催产、大水体孵化以及幼虫选优等手段,实行科学的繁育技术;育苗过程中采用“光照—微藻(底栖硅藻和浮游单胞藻)—鲍苗—微生态制剂—过滤性动物等复合系统”为基础的生态化育苗模式.即将鲍种质改良优化、繁育技术科学化和育苗技术生态化等三者融合为一体.采用这种“三位一体”育苗模式,进行鲍苗种生产,实践表明,培育出健壮鲍苗种225×107个,存活率高,效果良好
Abstract:
To solve the problems of abalone breeding process,an improved and optimized abalone seed technique was built.This technique integrated such traditional techniques as intraspecific hybridization and selective breeding,with the modern biotechnique of polyploid breeding,The optimum breeding technique involved such methods as selecting right age parent abalone, temperate expediting seed delivery,hatching abalone by large water and selecting the well larva,Seedling rearing model was built,based on the complex system of illumination-microalgae (diatom and chlamydomonas)-juvenile abalone-microecologics-filterable animal(Rotifera). The Trinity technique,composed of the above techniques and model,was applied in the abalone seed production.The result was good with a high livability,and the total amount of healthy juvenile abalone breed was 2.25×107
