分析了当今流行的几种液压缸试验台的设计方案,指出了传统液压缸试验台所存在能耗较大、温度控制精度不高的缺陷,由此提出了一种高效节能并带有新颖温度自动控制装置的液压缸试验台的设计方案.经过实验检测,该方案既能起到高效节能效果,又能够控制试验所要求油液温度的精度范围

The problems of large power consumption and low precision of oil temperature control in the traditional hydraulic cylinder test stands were pointed out.A high effective and energy saving hydraulic cylinder test stand which had a new kind of automatic oil temperature control device was put forward by analyzing the limitations of some popular hydraulic cylinder test stands.This kind of hydraulic cylindes test stand not only had a high effective and energy saving effect,but also could meet the precision scope of oil temperature which the test required
