利用十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE),研究了365 nm紫外照射引发蒽醌-2-磺酸钠(AQS)、溶菌酶(Lysozyme)和水杨酸及其衍生物(水杨醛、水杨酸甲酯)水溶液体系的光化学反应效应及影响因子.结果表明:AQS能够造成Lyso的光敏损伤,且损伤程度随AQS浓度增加及光照时间的延长而加剧;水杨酸及其衍生物对Lyso的光敏损伤具有显著的保护作用,其保护效果与水杨酸及其衍生物的浓度呈正相关;以抗坏血酸(Vc)作为对照,相同条件下,其保护效果依次为:水杨酸≈水杨醛>Vc>水杨酸甲酯

The photochemical reactions and their influence between anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid(AQS),lysozyme,salicylic acid and its ramification by irradiation under 365 nm were investigated using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).The results showed that lysozyme was photooxidated by AQS,and the damage was dependent on the concentration of AQS as well as the UV treatment time.Salicylic acid and its ramification could significantly protect the photooxidation of lysozyme,and the protective effect had positive correlation with their concentration.Compared with ascorbic acid(Vc),the efficiency of protection was successively as follows,salicylic acid≈salicyl aldehyde>Vc>methyl salicylate
