为确定金属磁记忆检测的影响因素,对金属磁记忆检测机理及电磁有限元进行了理论分析,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟并分析了试件所受拉伸载荷的大小、试件温度对磁记忆检测效果的影响.同时,以45号钢杆件为例,进行拉伸加载实验,并与仿真结果对比,验证了仿真结果的可行性

To determine influence factors of metal magnetic memory testing,the metal magnetic memory testing mechanism and electromagnetic finite element were theoretical analyzed.The magnetic memory testing effect of the specimens under different tensile loads and temperatures was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS.Specimens of 45# carbon steel,were actually experimented with tensile loads and results were comparing with those from simulation.The feasibility of simulation results was therefore validated
