使用超音频加热电源进行感应加热渗硼,研究稀土在感应加热渗硼中的作用.结果表明:在功率P=3900 W,感应加热时间t=8 min,感应间隙a=19.5 mm时,渗硼层为共晶渗硼结构.硬度测试为软硬相配组织,渗层厚度423.4 μm;在硼稀土二元共渗试验中,发现添加氯化镧时,其渗硼层厚度增加10%以上,并且渗硼层的组织更密,硬度下降趋于缓慢
- Abstract:

With super audio heating power for induction heating boronizing,the role of rear earth in induction heating boronizing was studied.The results show that the boronizing layer was of eutectic boronizing structure when the power P was 3900 W,induction heating time t was 8 min,and induction rape a was 19.5 mm.By hardness testing,the organization was matching with software and hardware,and the boronzing layer thickness was 423 .4 μm;From the boron rare earth binary permeation test,it was found that after adding lanthanum chloride into the paste,the boronizing thickness would increase by more than 10%,and the tissue of boronizing layer would be more dense,and the hardness would decreased slowly.
