采用藻类生长抑制试验的方法比较了相同抑藻剂与不同载体组配后对塔玛亚历山大藻和铜绿微囊藻的抑制效果,以研究固定化抑藻剂对于藻类爆发水体修复技术的可行性.结果显示,对于赤潮藻塔玛亚历山大藻(ATDH01)而言,海藻酸钠固定化绿茶浸提液及绿茶粉均有较高的抑制率;海藻酸钠固定化绿茶浸提液比海藻酸钠固定化绿茶粉的抑藻作用快5~24 h;单纯的海藻酸钠小球对ATDH01也有较好的抑制效果.PVA高分子棉片固定绿茶浸提液对ATDH01的抑制率与海藻酸钠固定化绿茶浸提液接近.对于铜绿微囊藻(FACHB-905)来说,海藻酸钠固定化绿茶抑藻剂(浸提液或粉)对FACHB-905的抑制效果不如ATDH01.总体来看,海藻酸钠或者PVA高分子棉片作为固定剂制备的绿茶抑藻剂均可用于处理ATDH01赤潮,但是对于FACHB-905水华,本研究的抑藻剂及其固定化方式效果均不够理想

In order to determine the feasibility of using immobilized algicide to control the algae bloom,algal growth inhibition method was used to compare the inhibitory effect on Alexandrium tamarens(abb.ATDH01) and Microcystis aeruginosa( abb.FACHB -905)using the same algicide assembled on different carriers.The results showed that,for the ATDH01,both of the leach liquor and powder of green tea immobilized by sodium alginate had high inhibitory rates( Ri),the Ri reached more than 60% when the algicide contentration reached 0.56 g/L,most of the ATDH01 was inhibited when the concentration reached 1 g/L;The inhibitory speed of the leach liquor of green tea immobilized by sodium alginate was 5~24 h faster than that of the powder of green tea ;moreover,the sodium alginate itself also had inhibitory effect on ATDH01,its average Ri was about 50%.The Ri of the leach liquor of green tea immobilized by PVA macromolecule cotton was lower than immobilized by sodium alginate in 1 h,after then the Ri of both methods were close to each other,the Ri of PVA cotton without any algicide could also reach 70% ;for the Microcystis aeruginosa(FACHB-905),the inhibitory effect of green tea algicid immobilized by sodium alginate (leach liquor or powder) was lower than that on ATDH01,the Ri fluctuated greatly and most of them were lower than 50%.However,Ri of leach liquor of green tea with algicide concentrations between (0.63~1.60g/L)immobilized by the PVA macromolecule cotton on FACHB-905 increased with time and was higher than 50% in 72 h,and the highest Ri was 83 .52%(when the concentration of algcide reached 1.60g/L);either PVA cotton or sodium alginate had inhibitory effect on FACHB-905.As a whole,green tea algicides immobilized by sodium alginate or PVA cotton can be used to control red tide causing alga ATDH01,however for the FACHB 905,the algicids and the immobilizing methods in the present study were not so effective.
