为提高环氧树脂(EP)的性能,以丙三醇(GL)改性EP,制得环氧缩丙三醇(EPL),再用三氯化铁改性,制得环氧缩丙三醇铁聚合物(EPL-Fe);并考察了反应时间、反应温度、投料比等因素对反应的影响,确定了EPL-Fe的最优制备条件.红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析结果表明,EPL分子中醇羟基与Fe3+发生配位反应,分子链间进一步交联成EPL-Fe聚合物.另外,热作用下EPL-Fe易干燥成膜,该涂膜的力学性能、耐热性、抗化学介质性能尤其是耐酸、耐水性较EPL涂膜大为改善.

In order to improve the properties of epoxy resin,an epoxy-glycerol copolymer(EPL) was prepared by the modified reaction of epoxy resin (EP) with glycerol (GL).This was then reacted with ferric chloride to form an epoxy-glycerol ferric polymer(EPL-Fe).The influence of ratio of EPL and FeCl3,reaction temperature and time on the reaction had been discussed. The optimum conditions for preparation were determined. It is indicated that coordination reaction between ferric iron and hydroxyl in the molecular structure of EPL,which increases the cross-linking of polymer from the FTIR spectrum and GPC analysis. The EPL-Fe coating is easy to form under thermal conditions,which has more excellent mechanical properties,thermostability and resistance against chemical media especially acid and water than the EPL coating.
