为了分析限硫政策下,超大型船经营时不同应对措施的经济成本效益,研究不同措施下班轮企业的额外支出成本,以亚欧航线上20 000 TEU型船为例,以费用年值分析法和投资回收期分析法为主要分析方法,计算超大型集装箱船主要应对措施的经济效益。计算结果发现:1)在当前经济环境下,超大型集装箱船采取“加装脱硫设备”的措施较经济;2)通过对油价和LNG价格联动变化的敏感性分析得出,能源价格持续上升时,班轮企业采用LNG动力船舶将更为经济。该研究可为未来限硫规则下班轮企业的经营决策提供参考。

In order to analyze the economic cost-effectiveness of different countermeasures in the operation of super-large vessels under the sulfur-restriction policy,the additional costs of liner operators under different measures are studied.Taking the 20 000 TEU vessels on the Asia-Europe route as an example,the annual cost analysis method and payback period method are used as primary methods to calculate the economic benefits of the main countermeasures for ultralarge container ships.The results show that,1)In the current economic environment,it is a main economical measure to install scrubbers” for ultra-large container ships;2)Through sensitivity analysis of oil prices and LNG prices,with these prices rising liner companies using LNGpowered vessels will be more economical.This research can provide reference for liner companies to make operating decisions under the new sulfur emission controlling rules.
