摘要:
采用乌氏粘度计法对相对分子质量较大的聚乙二醇20000(polyethylene glycol 20000,PEG 20000)稀溶液的黏度进行测定。在30 ℃条件下,分别用纯水、不同价态的阴离子和阳离子水溶液作为溶剂,测定了不同浓度的PEG 20000稀溶液的流出时间,考察不同溶剂对PEG 20000的比浓黏度(ηsp/ρ)和特性黏度([η])的影响。结果表明,不同价态的阴离子和阳离子对PEG 20000的[η]的影响如下:PO43->SO42->HCO3-> Cl-,Al3+>Mg2+>K+>Na+。随着加入的NaCl浓度的增加,PEG 20000的[η]降低,当NaCl浓度为0.05 mol/L时,PEG 20000的ηsp/ρ-ρ和ln ηr/ρ-ρ拟合直线的延长线在y轴上几乎相交于一点,线性关系良好。可见,低浓度离子可以改善PEG在稀溶液中的黏度曲线上弯。
Abstract:
The viscosity of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 20000 with high molecular weight in dilute solution was studied by Ubbelohde viscometer method.The effluent time of PEG was determined in pure water and salt solution containing anions and cations at different valence,respectively at 30 ℃.Furthermore,the effects of different solvents on ηsp/ρ and [ η]of PEG 20000 were investigated.The results showed that the effects of different valence anions and cations on the [η]of PEG 20000 were sorted as follows:PO43->SO42->HCO3-> Cl-,Al3+>Mg2+>K+>Na+.Further study revealed that the [η]of PEG 20000 decreased with the increase of NaCl content.The extended lines of ηsp/ρ-ρ and ln ηr/ρ-ρ of PEG almost intersected at the same point on the y axis when the concentration of NaCl was 0.05 mol/L,and the linear relationship was good.Therefore,it was suggested that the addition of ions at low concentration would significantly reduce the bending of viscosity curve of PEG in dilute solution.
