为深入了解和开发老鼠簕(Acanthus ilicifolius Linn.)的药用和保健价值,许多研究机构对老鼠簕的化学成分、提取物药理活性和部分单体化学成分的活性机理进行了深入研究,明确了老鼠簕提取物具有抗氧化保肝、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤和抗菌等药理活性,分离鉴定出老鼠簕化学成分近百个,发现部分老鼠簕生物碱具有显著的肝保护作用。但对开发老鼠簕药品或保健品研究方面,依然没有进展。综述了国内外关于老鼠簕的化学成分和药理活性研究进展,旨在为老鼠簕的进一步研究和开发利用提供依据。

In order to elucidate the pharmacology and health care effect of Acanthus ilicifolius,chemical constituents,pharmacologic activities and mechanism of action of pure compounds from which were studied.The results showed that the extract of A.ilicifolius displayed antioxidant,liverprotecting,anti-inflammatory,antitumor and antibacterial activities.About one hundred compounds were identified from A.ilicifolius and some alkaloids displaying significant liver-protectingactivity.However,no progress has been made on utilizing this herb as other traditional Chinese medicines and nomedicines and health care products were invented from which.Based on the problems mentioned above,this paper reviewed the researches on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of this species,aiming to provide basis for further research,development and utilization of A.ilicifolius.
