摘要:
对多金属氧酸盐抗氧化特性及其在糖尿病治疗方面的研究进行综述。分析糖尿病的葡萄糖氧化途径、多元醇通路、晚期糖基化终末产物途径、蛋白激酶通路、己糖氨途径等氧化应激产生机制,并对多金属氧酸盐在糖尿病治疗方面的研究进行了展望。
Abstract:
Research progress on antioxidant properties of polyoxometalate and its application in the treatment of diabetes were reviewed,including the oxidative stress responsive mechanisms involved in glucose oxidative pathway,polyol pathway,advanced glycation end products pathway,protein kinase pathway,hexosamine pathway,and so on.The prospects of the treatment of diabetes research in the future was also addressed.
