摩擦纳米发电(Triboelectric Nanogenerator,TENG)技术以其制作简单、质量轻、效率高等优点,在多个领域具有广阔的应用前景。在已有对TENG的研究中,两极板平行放置的垂直接触-分离式TENG最为常见,但对两极板呈夹角放置的夹角接触-分离式TENG的研究则不多见。事实上,与垂直接触-分离式TENG相比,夹角接触-分离式TENG(本文称之为夹角开合式TENG)更节约空间和便于封装,因而应用潜力巨大。〖BP)〗提出一种多对偶夹角开合式摩擦纳米发电机的结构设计,将多个极板进行圆周布置,使各极板与相邻极板均构成摩擦对偶,形成多对偶夹角开合式发电结构。利用COMSOL Multiphysics 有限元仿真软件研究了该新型摩擦纳米发电机的电势分布、开路电压、电极电荷量等参数随极板极角或时间的变化规律。结果表明:1)单对极板的开路电压随两板间极角的增大而增大;2)N对“串联”极板的开路电压均值是单对极板开路电压均值的N倍;3)极板的电极电荷量随两板夹角增大而缓慢增大;4)极板的主体区域电势分布较为均匀,但在极板端部电势分布具有明显的边缘效应。

Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) technology has broad application prospects in many fields because of its advantages of simple production,light weight and high efficiency.In the existing configurations of the contact-separation TENG,the configuration with the dielectric plates placed in parallel is the most popular.However,the studies on the configuration with the dielectric plates placed at an angle ( called angular contact-separation TENG in this paper ) are really rare.In fact,compared with the former,the latter is more space-saving and convenient for packaging,thus its application potential is huge.Based on the situation, A conception of the angular contact-separation TENG with multi dielectric pairs is proposed,in which a plurality of polar plates are arranged circumferentially so that each plate and its neighbouring plate are paired to form a friction dual thus all the plates forming a multi dual angular contact-separation structure to generate electricity.The variations of the parameters such as potential distribution,open circuit voltage,electrode charge of the proposed TENG with the polar angle or with time are studied by the finite element simulation software named COMSOL Multiphysics.The results show that:1) the open circuit voltage of the single plate pair increases with the polar angle;2) the average open circuit voltage of N plate pairs “in series” is N times of that of the single plate pair;3) the amount of the electrode charge increases slowly with the angle between the two plates;4) the potential distribution in the main area of the plate is relatively uniform,but it shows obvious edge effect at the end of the plate.
