摘要:
脂肪酸(主要是n-3 PUFA、n-6 PUFA)含量是大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)遗传选育过程中评价鱼类肌肉品质的重要指标。脂肪酸含量与鱼类生长发育密切相关,然而直接对个体进行脂肪酸测定需要宰杀,而且测定过程也比较繁琐。本研究通过气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对670尾大黄鱼肌肉组织样品的脂肪酸含量进行测定,采用易观测的性状(体重、体长、体高、体厚)为指标,使用PIXANT(multi-phenotype imputation based on mixed fast random forest)软件对大黄鱼肌肉中不同指标的脂肪酸含量进行预测,评估采用易于观测的生长性状来预测大黄鱼脂肪酸含量的可行性及不同指标下大黄鱼肌肉脂肪酸的遗传力。
Abstract:
The fatty acid content (mainly n-3 PUFA and n-6 PUFA) of large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)is a crucial indicator for evaluating fish muscle quality in the genetic breeding process and is closely related to fish growth and development.However,direct measurement of individual fatty acid traits requires slaughtering,and the determination of fatty acid content is relatively cumbersome.In this study,the fatty acid content of muscle tissue samples from 670 large yellow croakers was determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Easily observable traits (body weight,body length,body height,and body thickness) were used in conjunction with the multi-phenotype imputation based on mixed fast random forest(PIXANT)algorithm to predict the fatty acid content of various indicators in the muscle of large yellow croaker.The feasibility of using easily observable growth traits to predict fatty acid content in large yellow croaker was evaluated,along with the heritability of muscle fatty acids under different indicators.
