摘要:
针对三维装载与路径协同优化的多温共配路径问题,综合考虑时变路网、时间窗、碳排放等约束条件,构建综合成本最小的三维装载与配送路径协同优化模型。在模型求解方面,以客户点货物放入对应温层保温箱为前提构建初始种群,通过三维装载与综合成本构成的适应度函数判断客户点配送可行性。引入遗传算法交叉操作来更新鲸鱼位置,采用交换、插入及扰动三种局部搜索算子以扩大搜索空间,引入禁忌列表以减少重复搜索次数。基于Solomon算例对模型与算法的可行性进行验证,发现综合配送成本减少约5%。所构建的模型以及求解的算法,不仅可以优化配送车辆装载率,还能降低综合成本,多温共配模式的优越性从而得到进一步验证,为三维装载与配送路径协同优化提供理论支持。
Abstract:
The multi-temperature distribution path problem in three-dimensional loading and path coordination optimization is addressed,considering constraints such as time-varying road networks,time-windows,and carbon emissions.A coordinated optimization model for three-dimensional loading and delivery paths is established,aiming to minimize the overall cost.As a solution to the model,the initial population is constructed based on the goods at the customer points being placed into the corresponding multi-temperature boxes.The feasibility of customer deliveries is determined based on a fitness function composed of three-dimensional loading and overall cost.A genetic algorithm is employed to update the whale positions through crossover operations.Three local search operators,ie,swap operator,insert operator,and disturbance operator,are introduce to enlarge the search space.A taboo list is introduced to reduce repeated searches.The feasibility of the model and algorithm is validated through Solomon benchmark instances,showing a 5% reduction in the optimized total delivery cost.The constructed model and algorithm can optimize vehicle loading rates and overall delivery costs.The advantage of the multi-temperature distribution mode is further confirmed,providing theoretical support for coordinated optimization of three-dimensional loading and delivery paths.
