摘要:
为满足水下流场信息感知,借鉴海洋哺乳动物胡须结构设计摩擦电式水下流速传感器(triboelectric underwater flow velocity sensor,TUFVS)。该传感器利用了摩擦纳米发电机在流场激励下能够产生电信号的原理。同时,为探究传感器的感知特性,搭建以循环水槽为主的水下实验系统,通过分析传感器产生的电信号获得水下流速和攻角等特征。实验结果表明,TUFVS的感知信号在一定范围内随着流速的增加而升高;传感器的信号与攻角保持线性关系,相关系数约为0.99;在攻角为90°时,感知电压信号达到峰值,感知效果最明显。
Abstract:
In order to fulfill the information sensing of underwater flow field,a triboelectric underwater flow velocity sensor (TUFVS) was designed by imitating the structure of marine mammal whisker.The sensor was developed by utilizing the principle of triboelectric nanogenerators capable of generating electrical signals when excited by a flow field.An underwater experimental system based on a circulating water tank was established to investigate the sensing characteristics of the sensor.Characteristics such as underwater flow velocity and angle of attack could be obtained by analyzing the electrical signals generated by the sensor.The experimental results showed that the sensed signal of the triboelectric underwater flow velocity sensor increased with the increasing of flow velocity in a certain range.The signal of the sensor maintained a linear relationship with the angle of attack,and had a correlation coefficient of about 0.99.The sensed voltage signal peaks at an angle of attack of 90°,and the sensing effect is the most obvious.
