摘要:
建立了测定胎菊中残留的胺苯磺隆的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法,具体过程为:样品粉碎,经乙腈提取,E13-5006 SPE固相萃取柱净化, Kinetex C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,5.0 μm)分离,高效液相色谱法检测,外标法定量。色谱条件为:乙腈和水为流动相梯度洗涤,0~19 min:体积分数为5%~20%的乙腈,20%乙腈保持1 min,柱温为35 ℃,流速为1.20 mL/min,检测波长为220 nm。结果表明,当固相萃取4 mL甲醇作为洗脱液时,回收率显著提高,胺苯磺隆在10~200 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.992 1,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.20~0.50 ng/g,定量限(S/N=10)为0.66~1.65 ng/g。在50~200 ng/g范围的室内回收实验中,胺苯磺隆平均回收率为86.3%~103.2%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)(n=6)为3.77%。该方法前处理简单、灵敏,适用于胎菊中残留的胺苯磺隆测定。
Abstract:
A solid phase extractionhigh performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of ethametsulfuron residues in fetal chrysanthemum was established.That was,samples were crushed and extracted by acetonitrile,then purified by E13-5006 SPE column.The purification was separated by Kinetex C18 column (50 mm×2.1 mm,5.0 μm),and quantified by HPLC external standard method.Chromatographic conditions were acetonitrile and water as mobile phase gradient washing 0-19 min;the volume fraction of acetonitrile was 5%-20%,and 20% acetonitrile was kept for 1 min;the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.20 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.The results showed that the recovery was significantly improved,when solid extraction of 4 mL methanol was used as eluent.The linear relationship between ethametsulfuron was in the range of 10-200 mg/L.The correlation coefficient was R2=0.992 1 and the detection limit (S/N=3) was 0.200.50 ng/g,and the limit of quantification (S/N=10) was 0.66-1.65 ng/g.In the laboratory recovery experiments ranging of 50-200 ng/g,the average recovery rate of ethametsulfuron was 86.3%-103.2%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD)(n=6) was 3.77%.The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the determination of ethametsulfuron pesticide residues in fetal chrysanthemum.
