针对管道内不同流型,基于Fluent对水下油气混输管道的泄漏过程进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:1)二维模型能准确模拟水平管道中四种典型流型(气泡流、分层流、冲击流和环状流)。2)不同流型下的油气泄漏扩散过程可分为两类,一类以油液为主、掺杂气泡的射流泄漏,如气泡流;另一类以高速气体为主、掺杂细小液滴的射流泄漏,如分层流、环状流和冲击流。3)气体泄漏表现出较高的喷射速率、扩散速度和范围。4)在以气体为主的泄漏过程中,管内气体折算速度对初期油气扩散形态影响较小。具体而言,气泡流下的泄漏呈混合液柱射流,持续不断喷射;分层流下的泄漏会激起一道液峰,致使气体包夹油液持续泄漏而出,泄漏形态相对减小;冲击流下的泄漏,由于流动的间歇性特征,液塞区高速流动使得溢油量较低,泄漏主要以气体为主;环状流下的泄漏同样以气体泄漏为主。
Abstract:
Considering different flow patterns within the pipeline,numerical simulations of the leakage process in underwater oil and gas mixed transportation pipelines were conducted based on Fluent.The simulation results demonstrate that the two-dimensional pipeline model accurately reproduces four typical flow patterns in horizontal pipelines:bubble flow,stratified flow,slug flow,and annular flow.The leakage and diffusion process under different flow patterns can be classified into two categories:bubble flow primarily forms a jet leakage with oil as the main component and entrained gas bubbles,while stratified flow,annular flow,and slug flow mainly form a jet leakage dominated by high-speed gas with entrained small liquid droplets.Gas leakage exhibits higher jetting rates,diffusion speeds,and ranges.In the gas-dominated leakage process,the gas equivalent velocity inside the pipeline has a minor impact on the initial morphology of oil and gas diffusion.Specifically,under bubble flow,continuous jetting of a mixed liquid column is observed; under stratified flow,a liquid peak is induced,leading to continuous leakage of gas entrapped with oil,resulting in a relatively smaller leakage morphology.Slug flow,due to its intermittent alternating flow,causes small oil spillage as the liquid slug region passes through the leakage orifice,maintaining gas-dominated leakage.Similarly,under annular flow,gas leakage predominates,with oil leaking through micro-holes on the pipe wall while dispersed liquid droplets in the gas core remain unaffected.
