]为了将LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)冷能作为冷库的冷源,以节省投资、减少电耗、降低冷库的生产成本,结合福建LNG总体项目,确定了LNG冷能用于冷库的系统流程与运行模式,并以供气规模为4 000万m3/年的气化站为例,进行了系统节能分析和计算.结果表明:在冷库系统冷量回收率为33 %的情况下,该气化站可回收冷量的年冷量收益为611.3万元,投资回收期小于1年.因此,利用LNG冷能作为冷库的冷源是一种可行的方式,具有显著的节能效果和经济效益
Abstract:
If the cold energy of LNG is used as the cold source of a refrigerated warehouse,the initial cost,electricity consumption and production cost of the refrigerated warehouse will be reduced.Combined with the packaged LNG project of Fujian Province,the system flow process and operating mode of LNG cold energy to be used in refrigerated warehouses were determined,and the energy saving effect was analyzed by taking a gasifying station with the gas supply capability of 40 million m3 per year as an example.Results showed that under a 33 % cold energy reclaim ratio of the refrigerated warehouse,the annual profit from available reclaimed cold energy of the gasifying station was 6.113 million RMB,and the payback period of initial cost was less than a year.Therefore,it is an ideal way to use LNG cold energy as the cold source of refrigerated warehouses to gain significant energy-saving effect and economic benefits
