摘要:
为提高隔热效果,用VIP+PU的复合隔热体代替纯PU隔热,以某型号低温冷柜为对比机,构建与对比机同设备同几何尺寸的样机.样机墙体和底部均用VIP+PU复合层做隔热,墙体外表面VIP面积覆盖率达86.5 %,底部内表面VIP面积覆盖率达84.5 %,顶盖用80 mm厚纯PU隔热.对样机与对比机(80 mm厚纯PU隔热)进行同工况下的能耗对比测试.测试结果显示,在箱内放置相同标准负载(“M”包)的情况下,冷柜内平均温度为-18 ℃时,样机比对比机节省电耗13.9 %
Abstract:
Based on an existing freezer model,a new freezer sample was built up in the same size and with the same equipment installed.In order to improve the insulation effect,multiple insulation layer was used in the walls and bottom of the sample.For insulated wall the area coverage of VIP was 86.5 % and for the bottom the area coverage of VIP was 84.5 %;An 80 mm thick PU layer was used as insulator in the top cover of the sample as well as in the parallel freezer.Both sample machine and the parallel machine were tested under average inside room temperature -18 ℃ and with the same standard load sample put inside.Electric power consumptions for both machines were measured and compared.The test results showed that the new freezer sample could reduce power consumption by 13.9 % compared with the parallel freezer
