摘要:
针对混凝土搅拌站的电动机变频节能改造,分析了搅拌站的系统组成及工艺流程.在不改变原系统设计和控制的基础上,设计了系统变频调速系统的硬件组成和PLC程序,进行了变频器参数与程序设计的优化研究,并制造了设备,现场安装调试后,系统运行稳定,节能效果显著,实现了变频调速装置与原先驱动装置的硬件冗余
Abstract:
Aiming to motor energy saving for the concrete batching plant,the composition and mixing process were analyzed,and the variable frequency speed control system and PLC program were designed without changing the original system control process.The optimization of the converter parameters and PLC program were researched.The application showed the system was stable,its energy-saving effect was remarkable,and the hardware redundancy for the system drive was achieved
