摘要:
为了使船舶无损检测工作更加方便进行,以漏磁检测理论为基础,根据磁化方式的特点、磁化强度的要求以及局部磁化等,设计了以C8051F020单片机为核心的数据采集模块.利用C语言编写了检测系统的液晶显示、采集处理、通讯、按键和打印子程序.开发了阵列式电磁检测仪,能定性无损检测船舶设备的缺陷.通过对实验室钢板缺陷的测试,验证了本仪器的优越性
Abstract:
In order to facilitate non -destructive testing of the ship,based on MFL theory,and according to the characteristics of magnetic methods,magnetic intensity and the local magnetization and other requirements,a data collection module was designed which used C8051F020 MCU as the core;then,by using C language,subroutines for the LCD,data acquisition and processing,communications,key and print of the detection system were programmed; finally,and array-type electromagnetic detection system was developed.The system could non -destructively determine the flaws of ship equipment.By testing defects in steel plates in the laboratory,the superiority of the electromagnetic detection system was verified
