摘要:
       以台湾“黑珍珠”莲雾为材料,研究了不同浓度(10 μL·L-1和20 μL·L-1)NO熏蒸处理对莲雾采后生理及品质的影响,结果表明:10 μL·L-1和20 μL·L-1NO处理能显著抑制贮藏过程中莲雾果实的呼吸速率,延缓其硬度的下降和失重率的增加,保持果实较高的可溶性固形物和可滴定酸水平,同时能有效控制果实中丙二醛含量和果实膜相对透性的上升,说明NO处理能够延缓莲雾果实采后的成熟与衰老过程.
Abstract:
The fruits of wax apple(Syzygium samarangense Merr et Perry)were fumigated with nitric oxide(NO)in different concentrations(10 μL·L-1and 20 μL·L-1).The results showed that 10 μL·L-1and 20 μL·L-1NO could inhibite markedly fruit respiratory rate,delay the weight loss and the flesh firmness decline,maintain the titratable acid and the total soluble solids in higher level.Meanwhile,NO also reduced effectively the increase of malondialdehyde(MDA)contents and the rise of relative membrane permeability,which suggested that the treatment of NO fumigation could postpone the progress of ripeness and senescence of postharvest wax apple.
