        为了提高海底管道通航安全风险评估的精确性,采用Delphi-Fuzzy方法建立工程通航安全风险评估的评价指标和数学模型.并通过实例验证了这种评价方法的科学性与准确性
Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy of risk assessment for safe passage above submarine pipelines,the Delphi-Fuzzy method is adopted to establish the criteria and mathematical model for such risk assessment.The accuracy and scientification of this assessment method is also proved by a real example
