摘要:
        建立了某催化转化器的流体力学模型,并利用CFD软件对原歧管式催化转化器和改进后的催化转化器的内部流场进行分析.模拟结果表明:改进后催化转化器的流场分布更加均匀,提高了歧管式催化转化器载体前端截面的气流分布均匀性指数和催化剂使用率,与此同时,改进方案还减少了歧管式催化转化器运行时的压力损失,在一定程度上提升了发动机燃油经济性和歧管式催化转化器的使用寿命
Abstract:
The fluid dynamics model of catalytic converter was established,and the internal flow field of original manifold catalytic converter and that of improved one were analyzed by CFD software.The simulation results showed that the flow distribution of improved catalytic converter was more uniform.The air distribution uniformity index at the front -end section of the manifold catalytic converter carrier and the catalyst utilization rate were therefore improved.A reduction in the pressure loss of the mani fold catalytic converter resulted in better engine fuel economy and longer working life of the manifold catalytic converter
