摘要:
        以福建省漳江口红树林湿地自然保护区为研究对象,分3次各选取5个水质采样点(编号FZ1、FZ2、FZ3、FZ4、FZ5)进行检测,检测参数包括DO、CODMn、氨氮、硝酸盐-氮、亚硝酸盐-氮、总磷、总氮、磷酸盐、油类,研究保护区不同站位水质及非点源污染状况.结果表明:流经红树林核心区的水中溶解氧DO含量增加;化学需氧量COD含量逐渐减少;无机氮(NH4-N、NO2-N、NO3-N)和PO4-P的含量均超过标准,水体呈富营养化;pH=7.44,低于7.8~8.5的标准,水体呈现酸化;油类尚未对水域造成严重影响,但FZ2的含量已接近最低标准水平.说明该区域非点源污染已经对漳江和红树林保护区水体造成了一定程度的污染.
Abstract:
Mangrove Wetland Nature Reserve of Zhangjiang River Estuary in Fujian as the research object ,5 water sampling points (FZ1,FZ2,FZ3,FZ4,FZ5 )were chosen in 3 times,and the test parameters included DO,COD,Mn,ammonia,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,total phosphorus,total nitrogen,phosphate and oil.The water quality and non -point source pollution at different points of the Reserve were studied.The results showed that:the content of dissolved oxygen (DO) in the water flowing through the core area of mangroves increased ;the content of chemical oxygen demand (COD) decreased gradually;the content of inorganic nitrogen ( NH4-N,NO2-N,NO3-N ) and PO4-P both exceeded the standard,water was eutrophicated;pH 7.44 was under the standard of 7.8~8.5,and water was acidificated,and only oil had not caused severe effect on the waters yet ,but the content of FZ2 was close to the lowest level.It was indicated that non -point source pollution of the region had caused water pollution to Zhangjiang River
