摘要:
利用MATLAB软件,建立基准符合最小条件法、最小二乘法、端点连线法的机床导轨在给定方向上线对线垂直度误差计算机数据处理系统,该系统可同时满足直线度误差和垂直度误差的求解,并实现测量数据的可视化.最后用实例验证了系统的可行性.
Abstract:
In this paper,a date processing system based on MATLAB software with microcomputer was developed for evaluating the perpendicular error for line to line at given flat in the guide of machine tool which could meet the requirements of minimal condition method,least square method and two endpoints line method The system could be able to evaluate the straightness and perpendicular error simultaneously,and hence operate easily.Meanwhile the error could be shown with diagrammatic view.The testing results showed that the system could work well.
