摘要:
盘形凸轮的基本尺寸已得到解决,但还存在确定凸轮轮廓线的难题。选择“反转法”,应用旋转矩阵的数学手段,推演了凸轮轮廓的参数方程,并运用MasterCAM X7软件,对凸轮轮廓线做了数控仿真校验,完成了浮动平底推杆-盘形凸轮组合机构的凸轮轮廓设计,进一步完善了该组合机构的结构设计。
Abstract:
It is still a difficulty to determine the profile of the disc cam in spite of some progresses have been achieved on setting the basic dimension of the cam.In this paper,the “Kinematic Inversion” was employed the rotational matrix method was further applied to derive the parameter equation for the cam profile.The verification of the numerical control (NC) was realized by the simulation carried out based on the software MasterCAM X7.It notes that the design of cam profile for floating flat pushrod-disc cam combined mechanism can be accomplished as per the results from simulation.Conclusion is drawn that the work performed in this paper is beneficial to the design of this mechanism.
