摘要:
为了提高班轮运输网络设计的可靠性,将网络脆弱性引入到轴辐式网络设计中,借助干扰情景及其相应的干扰成本,计算轴辐式网络受潜在干扰的影响,建立整数二次规划模型,以期确定脆弱性最小的轴辅式网络枢纽港选择方案。通过算例证明,当干扰发生时,基于脆弱性的班轮运输网络设计模型能够确定出可行的航线网络,使得网络脆弱性最小,即模型可行。
Abstract:
In order to enhance the reliability of liner shipping network design,this paper introduces vulnerability to hubandspoke network design.The impact of potential interference on hubandspoke network design is calculated using interference scenarios and corresponding costs,and aninteger quadratic programming model is established so as to determine the optimal hubs for the hubandspoke network with minimum network vulnerability.The result shows tha tthe model established is able to design feasible network with minimum vulnerability under interferences. Therefore,the model is feasible.
