摘要:
针对冷藏集装箱制冷机组普通HFCs(氢氟碳化物)存在的不环保、无法直接替代等问题,提出一种新型混合工质DN01(R1234ze/R32的质量比为85∶15)。建立该工质的热力循环模型,基于Matlab计算平台,调用Refprop物性参数,编制混合工质计算程序,结合国家标准,对新的混合工质进行变工况计算,并与已有的工质R410A、R404A和R134a对比分析。研究结果表明,该新型混合工质的循环性能优于常用HFCs制冷工质,且环境性能优良:ODP(ozone depression potential)为0,GWP(global warming potential)小于150;在变冷凝温度和变蒸发温度工况下,DN01的冷凝压力低于2.4 MPa,排气温度在120 ℃以下。DN01有望成为新型低GWP值替代工质。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of nonenvironmental protection and inability in directly replacing the ordinary hydrofluorocarbons(HFCs) currently used on refeer containers,a new type of mixed working fluid DN01(R134a/R1234yf,mass ratio is 85∶15) is proposed.The thermodynamics cycle model was established,Matlab was used for theoretical circular calculation of the mixture by employing property parameters from Refprop developed by NIST.Combined with national standard,it is calculated for variable conditions,compared and analyzed with existing working fluids R410A,R404A and R134a.The research results show that by the same model the cycle performance of the new mixed working fluid is better than those of the commonly used HFCs refrigerants.And its environmental performance is excellent,ODP is zero,GWP is less than 150.Under variable condensation temperatures and variable evaporation temperatures,the condensation pressure of DN01 is lower than 2.4 MPa,and the exhaust temperature is below 120 ℃.It is shown that DN01 is expected to be the new low GWP value refrigerants in the future.
