摘要:
针对三相整流装置突发故障时,检测复杂及诊断困难的问题,以三相桥式全控整流电路为研究对象,提出一种基于主元分析和宽度学习系统的故障诊断方法。提取负载输出电压为特征向量,经主元分析,对特征矩阵降维,消除数据相关性,保留数据基本特征;选择合适的初始参数,输入到宽度学习系统的网络中,构建故障诊断模型,对故障进行诊断。对比实验表明,基于主元分析和宽度学习系统相结合的故障诊断方法能够准确、高效、快速地获得故障诊断结果。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of complex detection and difficult diagnosis when three-phase rectifying device breaks down suddenly,a fault diagnosis method based on principal component analysis and broad learning system is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the load output voltage is extracted as the feature vector,and the dimension of the feature matrix is reduced by principal component analysis to eliminate the data correlation and retain the basic characteristics of the data.Then,the appropriate initial parameters are selected and input into the network of the broad learning system to construct the fault diagnosis model for diagnosing the fault.Comparative experiments show that the fault diagnosis method based on PCA and broad learning system can obtain the fault diagnosis results accurately,efficiently and quickly.
