摘要:
以一台4 t/h燃煤锅炉烟气的旋风分离器为对象,采用R-k-ε湍流模型,利用Fluent软件对Stairmand HE型分离器内部流场进行三维数值仿真分析,并采用离散相模型对固体颗粒进行追踪,研究旋风分离器筒体结构及运行参数对其分离效率、运行压降和磨损的影响,获得了同时具有较高分离效率、较低运行压降、较少磨损的入口下倾分离器筒体结构参数
Abstract:
The unsteady characteristic of gas-solid flow in a Stairmand HE type cyclone separator were numerically studied by using the FLUENT software combined with the CAE method.In simulation,the R-K-ε model was adopted to calculate the gas flow,the Discrete Phase Model (DPM) was adopted to calculate the particle flow,the effects of the cyclone?s structure and its operational parameters on dust separation efficiency,press-drop,and abrasion was also analyzed,and a new cyclone structure which had such performance characters as a relatively high separation efficiency,low running press-drop as well as light abrasion for a 4t/h coal boiler was obtained
