摘要:
        采用超声波辅助提取法对枇杷花黄酮的提取工艺进行了研究.在单因素实验的基础上,采用四因素三水平的响应面法优化枇杷花黄酮提取工艺条件.结果表明,枇杷花黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为64%,料液比为1∶44(g ∶mL),超声温度为59 ℃,超声时间为38 min.在此条件下,枇杷花黄酮得率为106.422 mg/g
Abstract:
Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to investigate the extraction of flavonoids from loquat flower.The method of response surface analysis with four factors and three levels was adopted to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids on the basis of single-factor experiment.The results showed that optimal conditions for extraction of flavonoids could be reached using 64% ethanol as extraction solvent with solid and liquid ratio 1∶44 (g∶mL)at 59 ℃ for 38 minutes.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids from loquat flower was 106.422 mg/g
