]为探究鲍笼养过程中污损生物的有效防除,于2012年5—10月,用甲虫螺、疣荔枝螺和蛎敌荔枝螺三种不同螺类分别与鲍混养,其养殖效果由高到低依次是甲虫螺>蛎敌荔枝螺>疣荔枝螺.进而以甲虫螺为研究对象,在不同混养配比下,对防除污损生物的种类和数量进行了研究,并探究甲虫螺防除鲍养殖中污损生物的效果.研究表明,随着甲虫螺数量的增加,笼内壁污损生物逐渐减少,其覆盖面积比例从52.8%降到了6.8%.当每笼中甲虫螺的数量达到6只时,污损生物的种类和数量已经降到较低水平,再添加甲虫螺,污损生物没有明显减少的趋势.由此认为每笼放养6只甲虫螺,为最佳混养密度比例
Abstract:
In order to compare the control effects for fouling organisms during abalone cage culture,from May to October in 2012,abalones were polycultured with different whelks ( Cantharus cecillei,Thais clavigera Kuster and Purpura gradate Jonas) respectively.The results showed that the control effects from high to low is polyculturing with C.cecillei,P.gradate and T.clavigera.The abalone weight gain rate and specific growth rate in four groups,A16,A18,B16 and B18,are significantly higher than the control gr oup(P<0.05).Then the eliminating effects for fouling organisms in C.cecillei mixed polyculture systems were further studied.The species and quantities of fouling organisms under different ratios of abalone to C.cecillei were examined.The results showed that the number of fouling organisms gradually reduced with the increase of whelks in breeding cages.The coverage percentage of fouling organisms decresed from 52 .8% to 6.8%.When the number of whelks increased to 6 in each cage,the species and quantities of fouling organisms had dropped to a very low level.Further increasing the number of whelks did not result in an obviously decrease of fouling organisms.Since the polyculture of abalone with whelk had a certain effect on abalone 's growth,the best polyculture density for fouling organisms control is to put 6 whelks in each cage in abalone cage culture
