摘要:
α-葡萄糖苷酶在淀粉转化为葡萄糖的过程中发挥着重要作用,而抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性是控制餐后血糖升高的有效途径。对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的抑制机理和研究进展进行综述,并重点概述了多金属氧酸盐(polyoxometalates,POMs)作为α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的研究成果。
Abstract:
α-Glucosidase plays an important role in the conversion of starch into glucose.Inhibition of α-glucosidase activity is an effective way to relieve postprandial blood glucose.In this paper,the inhibition mechanism and research progress of α-glucosidase inhibitors were reviewed.A current research of polyoxometalates (POMs)as α-glucosidase inhibitors were summarized.
