摘要:: 作者投稿后期刊社有审查义务。一段时间以来，期刊社因刊登的文章涉及作者剽窃、抄袭等侵权行为常常被推向风口浪尖，成为被追偿的对象。在这种情况下，期刊社是否需要承担责任、承担多大的责任是期刊出版单位必须明确的。期刊社只有尽了“合理的注意义务”，才有可能减轻或免除自己的责任。但何为注意义务，怎样才算尽了合理的注意义务，是每个期刊社都必须认真思考的。

Abstract:: A periodical agency has a duty to censor all the contributions from their authors. Recently, some periodical agencies became the recovery target after they had published the papers whose authors were charged with plagiarism. In this case, periodical agencies should have a clear idea whether they should be responsible and how much, if any, they should be responsible. Only when they fulfill their due “reasonable attention obligation” can they reduce or even be exempt from the responsibility. Therefore, they should ponder what is attention obligation and how to perform this obligation well.
