摘要:: 旨在利用时空GIS技术，整合历史方言数据及可能影响方言变异的非语言因素，建立汉语历史方言地理信息系统。通过这个系统，研究者可以将汉语置于一个广阔的时空背景中，直观地考察方言特征历时的演变与分布、相互影响的程度以及各方言间的亲疏度问题，并在此基础上进一步探索语言变异机制，综合考察中国历史时空坐标中的汉语方言演变轨迹。讨论了汉语历史方言GIS开发相关技术路线及实现方案。从中国历史时空数据、方言属性数据、非语言因素数据等三个方面分析了数据特点、关系及其组织情况，并对相关难点进行了较为深入的探讨。

Abstract:: Adopting spatial-temporal GIS technology, this research aims at integrating historical dialect data and non-linguistic factors that affect dialect variation, so as to establish a geographic information system for Chinese historical dialects. Thereby, Chinese is brought into a much broader spatial-temporal background under which researchers could take an intuitive approach to investigate dialect features like diachronic evolution and distribution, changing speed, differentiation, the degree of mutual influence and the distance among dialects. Based on these results, the author takes further study on language variation mechanism in the hope of describing evolution trajectory of Chinese dialects. Moreover, the technical route and implementation scheme of applying GIS technology into Chinese historical dialect research are discussed. In order to find out data characteristics, their relationships and organization, data analysis is carried out from three perspectives: Chinese historical spatial-temporal perspective, the nature of dialects and non-linguistic factors, while difficulties are solved through in-depth discussion.
