摘要:: 马克思在《法兰西内战》中以巴黎公社的改革实践为基础提出了廉价政府的思想，主要包括建设精干型政府、服务型政府、节约型政府和有限政府的思想。在我国深化行政体制改革的重要时期，要以马克思廉价政府思想为指导，以精干、高效为原则，以提高服务水平为宗旨，以降低行政成本为目标，以政府职能转变为重点，以法律制度建设为保障，稳步推进大部制改革，健全部门职责体系，建设人民满意的服务型政府。

Abstract:: In the “Civil War of France”, Marx put forward the thought of cheap government based on the reform and practice of Paris Commune, including the ideas of effective government, serviceoriented government, saving-oriented government and limited government. China is now going through an important period of deepening administrative reform. Therefore, China should take Marx thought as a guide, set up the principle of efficiency, improve the level of civil service, aim to reduce administrative costs, stress the transformation of government accountability, promote the construction of legal system, steadily reform the administrative system, and enhance the department accountability, so as to form a serviceoriented government with which its people are satisfied.
