摘要:: 开发、建立并管理好项目系统是项目管理的首要任务和基本要求。绿色建筑项目系统不同于一般建筑项目系统。基于绿色建筑“绿色”的内涵，结合系统设置的目标和构成要素，构建了绿色建筑项目总系统、目标系统、评估系统的结构框架。旨在为项目管理者建立绿色项目系统，从而更好地开展项目管理工作提供有益参考。

Abstract:: The primary task and basic requirement of project management is to develop, establish and manage the project system. The project system of green building is different from general construction. Based on the “green” connotation of green building and combining system setting goals and components, this paper establishes a structural framework of total system, target system and evaluation system of green building project, attempting to build a green project system for project managers, and to provide useful reference for developing project management.
