福建运动鞋服产业：代工还是原创-《集美大学学报》（哲社版）

摘要:: 基于“钻石模型”的分析框架对福建运动鞋服产业发展的影响因素进行分析，找出了有利和不利的各个因素。结合分析结果对福建运动鞋服产业代工与原创的优劣势进行评判，认为福建运动鞋服产业在短期还可以采取代工模式，但从长远看，代工的劣势将愈发明显，而原创却有较好的实现条件。福建运动鞋服产业长远的战略选择应是走原创之路，政府的职责应是建立产业创新的体制以及提供好的政策环境。

Abstract:: Base on the “Diamond Model”, this paper analyzes the factors that influence Fujian sports shoes and clothing industry development, find out the advantages and disadvantages of each factor.And then it gives the OEM and original inferiority evaluation, and believes Fujian sports shoes and clothing industry adopt OEM mode only in the short term, but in the long run, OEM weaknesses will become more apparent, and the original has achieved good condition.So, the conclusion is the longterm strategic choice should take the road of the original.And finally, it considers that the duty of the government should be the establishment of industrial innovation system and provide a good policy environment
