摘要:: 月经态度是指个体和社会对于月经的看法和信念。女性个体层面的月经态度受个体经验和文化的塑造。社会层面的月经态度，经由个体的心理运作机制发生，受群体中传统文化、流行文化以及科技进步等因素的影响。消极态度的月经态度对女性心理和行为都产生了诸多负面影响。而积极的月经态度有助于女性重新审视月经和自身。未来希望在月经态度的文化差异和积极月经态度方面进行更为深入的研究。

Abstract:: Menstrual attitudes refer to the individual and social beliefs towards menstruation. Society and culture play important roles in shaping in women’s individual attitudes. Social attitudes towards menstruation stem from the mechanism of personal mentality and are shaped by traditional, modern culture and scientific progress. Women’s mental and behaviors have been depressed by negative menstrual attitudes of others. But positive menstrual attitudes take an active perspective to women to reexamine menstruation. Implications of the different attitude among diverse culture and positive menstrual attitudes are discussed.
