摘要:
自海峡两岸货币清算机制实质运作以来，货币清算机制的监管合作显得十分必要与迫切。通过回顾和总结两岸经贸、银行业的合作历程，比较两岸银行监管的差异，从两岸银行规定的协调、货币清算机构间的协调、信息交换与共享以及风险预警与危机处理的协调，积极探索两岸对货币清算机制监管合作的拓展空间，确保两岸货币清算机制的健康运作，从而促进两岸经贸合作的进一步发展。
Abstract:
After the operation of the Currency Liquidation Mechanism across the Taiwan Straits in 2013, there is an urgent need for the establishment of regulatory mechanisms of currency liquidation. On review of the development of economic and trade cooperation as well as tiesup between banks, together with the difference in banking supervision, the paper puts forward suggestions on coordination of banking laws, coordination between organizations of currency liquidation as well as coordination of information exchange, risk warning system and risk management system. It actively explores the collaboration of banking supervision across the Straits in hope of smooth functioning of currency liquidation mechanism and further development of economic and trade exchange across the Straits.
