摘要:: 明朝后期，社会闭关自守，政府对天主教采取敌视态度。面对不利环境，利玛窦顺应儒家传统，通过交结士大夫、寻求儒学与天主教间的共同点、借学术传教等策略，取得很大的成就。由于种种原因，中国文化走出去的国际环境与利玛窦传教背景相比，依然有相似之处。实施文化走出去，应借鉴利玛窦传教策略，秉持尊重、包容和共生的理念，主动融入当地社会，制定因地制宜的策略。同时，应推出文化精品，培养造就领军人物。

Abstract:: In the late Ming Dynasty, the government carried out the closed door policy, and adopted a hostile attitude towards the Catholicism. Against this background, Matteo Ricci conformed to Confucian tradition, befriended the government officials and scholars, sought common ground between Confucianism and the Catholicism, and conducted missionary tasks by academic activities, achieving a great success. Due to various reasons, the international background for the going out of Chinese culture bears some similarities to that for Matteo Ricci’s missionary task in China. Thus, Matteo Ricci’s strategies are still worthy of learning in accomplishing the going out mission of Chinese culture. It is necessary to hold the philosophy of respecting, accommodating and coexisting with other peoples, integrate into the local society, and formulate strategies suiting the local conditions. Creating and presenting cultural highlights, and training leading talents are also needed.
