大学生创业起步关键资本因素分析-《集美大学学报》（哲社版）

摘要:: 创业资本是大学生创业成功最重要的一个环节。不论社会资本、人力资本、技术资本还是财务资本，都是大学生创业成功的重要因素。然而，在众多因素中，哪些因素具有更加重要的影响力，对于高校、社会而言，如何通过不同的要素提供影响大学生创业的效果？以往的研究在这方面相对比较缺乏，也没有合适的方法准确把握不同因素的影响结果。本研究聚焦创业支撑资本方面，以创业成功的大学生作为研究对象，采用决策试验与评价实验室法（Dematel），分析不同的资本对大学生创业起步的影响程度。发现获取知识渠道的广度、社会实践能力、市场经验以及商业分析能力对大学生创业的成功率有着较大的影响，应该引起关注和重视。

Abstract:: Resources are crucial for entrepreneurship, including financial resources, social capital, human resources and technical resources. Within these resources and capitals, little research is focused on the impact of each factor and it is not clear which resources play the key roles. Without suitable tools, this problem is left to be solved. Focusing on the entrepreneur capitals, this study uses the “Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory” (Dematel) to analyze the priority of various entrepreneurship supportive factors that impact the start-up success rate. It is found that among those factors, width of knowledge sources, practical skills, marketing experiences and critical thinking ability are the vital ones.
