摘要:: 社团产生的背景在于个人问题的公共化、组织化，价值在于增加个人的能力，减少个人与社会、政府的摩擦，带动社会的变迁。社会的变迁引发了权利和权力的自我调试，赋予了二者关系以新的内涵。权利和权力的竞争是不同主体在利益多元化的社会中追逐利益、满足需求的基础；竞争基础之上的合作是不同主体在利益相互依存性逐渐增强的社会中谋求发展、实现价值的保障。社团基于其独特的运作机制和对社会价值的关怀促进了权利和权力的竞争与合作；通过重构社会秩序，矫正社会规则，扫除了权利和权力竞争与合作的障碍——潜规则；健全运作机制，保障了权利和权力竞争与合作的健康运行。

Abstract:: The emergence of social organizations is a result of the publicity and systematization of personal problems. Its value consists in increasing the ability of individuals, reducing individuals’ friction with the society and the government, and accelerating the social development. The development of society endows right and power with new connotation. The competition between right and power is the basis of pursuing interests and satisfying needs of different individuals; the cooperation is the guarantee of developing oneself and realizing one’s value in the society. The social organization promotes the competition and the cooperation between right and power, based on its special operation and its care for social value. It, through redesigning social order, clears away obstacles—underlying rules. It also guarantees the healthy moving of competition and cooperation of right and power.
